What is a comprehensive eye exam?
A comprehensive eye exam consists of assessing the visual status of the patient's eyes, as well as evaluation of the internal and external ocular health. This includes testing for glaucoma, cataracts, pupil reflex, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Can I wear contact lenses?
Have you been told or thought that you could not wear contacts because of dry eyes or too much astigmatism. Those days may be over.Dr. Parks has experience fitting difficult cases such as astigmatism, dry eyes, and bifocal contact lenses.There are currently new contact lens designs for individuals who need multiple distances, up close, intermediate and distance. Although many patients are already wearing contact lenses, they are often not completely satisfied with their current lenses. Our contact lens service centers around meeting the needs of both the previous and new contact lens wearer. Whether you need them for sports, work or occasionally, we can choose the best lenses for you.
